Player Refund Policy:
Players deciding not to play after they have been registered will need to contact our Registrar at registrar@playfastball.ca. Refunds will be provided as follows: Full refund until 30 April 2023; 50% Refund until 20 May 2023; No Refunds will be granted after 1 June 2023 unless extenuating circumstances which is subject to review and decision made by the CLMSO Executive.
Concussions:
Under Rowan’s Law, your sport organization will ask you to confirm that you reviewed one of the Concussion Awareness Resources. Please review the version that matches your child’s age and confirm that you’ve read the resource in the registration form.
